Barbara J. Rynne-Hoyt is a litigator with over 20 years of trial experience who focuses primarily on family law. A former prosecutor, she has served as lead counsel in more than 100 jury trials and brings strong courtroom advocacy and compassionate representation to her clients. Her practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, domestic violence matters, international custody disputes, and high-net-worth property division cases. She has extensive domestic violence experience, representing both victims and individuals wrongfully accused of abuse, and regularly speaks on domestic violence issues at continuing legal education courses and other forums.
Barbara is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and North Carolina, as well as the state courts of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Colgate University and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994.
