Anne Salter

Anne Salter is an attorney at Duncan Law who focuses on helping individuals and families address financial difficulties through bankruptcy law. Her experience showed her how financial pressure can affect families and communities. She now helps clients explore legal solutions to debt, foreclosure, wage garnishment, and creditor collection issues.

Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Anne attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both her undergraduate and law school education. She chose to build her legal career in Asheville, where she is committed to helping members of her community pursue financial relief and a fresh start.
