L. Curtis Vernon

L. Curtis Vernon is the managing member and founder of Lighthouse, established in 2021. His practice focuses on wills, trusts, and estate planning, with an emphasis on developing customized plans that address each client’s unique family circumstances. Before founding Lighthouse, Vernon worked at Sutin, Thayer and Browne PC, McKee Wallwork & Company, and Sandia National Laboratories. His professional experience includes public finance, corporate law, finance, and marketing.

Vernon holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in finance. While attending the University of New Mexico School of Law, he received Clinical Honors, served as managing editor of the Natural Resources Journal, and was recognized for his significant contributions to the law school community. He brings his varied professional background to estate planning, helping clients create personalized wills and trusts.
