Immigration Law Attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Alison is an immigration attorney who has exclusively practiced immigration law for over 20 years. She graduated with clinical honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2003 and opened her own practice in 2009. Her practice focuses on family-based immigration, assistance for victims of crime and domestic violence, consular processing, naturalization, and deportation defense in Immigration Court.
Alison also prepares applications for religious, performance, fiancé, and cultural exchange visas, as well as waivers for clients seeking lawful status after leaving the United States. She finds particular fulfillment in helping clients secure a legal return to the country. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New Mexico State Bar’s Immigration Law Section. Additionally, she has served as a consultant for the University of New Mexico School of Law’s Clinical Law Program for over ten years and is fluent in Spanish.
