Richard B. Rotz is an experienced family law attorney and has practiced with Forkin, McShane, Manos & Rotz, P.A. and its predecessor since 1984. He handles a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, alimony, equitable distribution, family mediation, premarital agreements, and marital property settlements.
Mr. Rotz earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden in 1983 and his B.A. cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1980. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court. He is a former co-chair of the Camden County Bar Association Family Practice Committee and a founding member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inns of Court, where he has served as co-president and programming chair. He has also lectured on family law topics and served on the Camden County Child Placement Review Board from 1995 to 2008.
