Raymond is the office managing partner of the firm's Cherry Hill office. His practice focuses on business organization and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, trust and estate planning and administration, tax, and real estate. He represents healthcare providers and closely held businesses and regularly lectures to business, professional, and community groups on business, tax, and estate planning matters.
Ray graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College and earned his J.D. with honors from Georgetown University in 1978. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Cherry Hill Breakfast Rotary Club and the AIDS Coalition of Southern New Jersey, as well as serving as a board member or advisor to various nonprofit organizations. He has also coached and administered youth baseball and basketball organizations in Southern New Jersey.
