Kerlin Hyppolite joined Afonso & Archie, P.C. in May 2020. Before pursuing his legal career, he studied World Languages at Rutgers University and worked as a certified language specialist for state and federal courts throughout the United States. He is fluent in Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, and Portuguese.
Kerlin enrolled at Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 2011. Since his admission to the New Jersey Bar, he has represented clients in municipal court proceedings involving DWI and criminal defense, as well as adoption and family law litigation. He takes a client-focused approach, carefully listening to clients, identifying their legal concerns, and explaining realistic options before decisions are made.
