Mr. Ginsberg has practiced law since 1981, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1987, he has been recertified multiple times. He has litigated more than 150 medical malpractice cases to conclusion, securing substantial recoveries in matters involving cancer misdiagnosis, birth injuries, emergency room negligence, surgical malpractice, and other medical negligence claims.
He also has extensive product liability litigation experience, obtaining substantial recoveries against companies including Honda Motor Co., General Motors, Rice & Holman Ford, K-Mart, and Ryder Truck Rental. In addition, he has successfully argued cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court, resulting in several published decisions. He has served as a speaker and instructor at legal education programs, including the ICLE-New Jersey Trial Advocacy Program and Temple University School of Law's Academy of Advocacy.
