Charlene Cathcart is an attorney with the Law Offices of Charlene Cathcart, a full-service law firm established in 1989. Her legal experience includes criminal defense, family law, personal injury, tax law, divorce, DUI, workers’ compensation, and municipal court matters. She previously served as Public Defender for the Borough of Audubon and currently serves as Public Defender for Haddon Township. Her other public-sector experience includes advising zoning boards, handling municipal tax appeals, serving as an arbitrator, and working as conflict public defender for the Atlantic County and Philadelphia County Public Defender offices.
