Ariel E. Givner is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Givner Law, where she leads the firm's corporate and fintech practice. She advises founders and companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, including entity formation, fundraising, deal structuring, contract matters, and fractional general counsel services. Her practice has a particular focus on fintech companies operating in payments, lending, and regulatory compliance.
Since 2021, Ariel has guided more than 100 entities through formation, fundraising, and ongoing legal strategy. She also serves as outside general counsel to growth-stage companies.
