Anthony Carr is a partner in the personal injury practice group at Shaheen & Gordon, representing individuals who have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of others. His practice includes nursing home neglect, sexual assault, municipal liability, Section 1983 litigation, product liability, crashworthiness liability, and toxic torts, including asbestos cases. He also led the firm’s YDC Victim Compensation Group and helped secure its first YDC settlement for a client.
Carr takes a trauma-informed, victim-centered approach to complex personal injury litigation, with a focus on holding negligent parties and corporations accountable.
