Attorney Smith subsequently practiced at a large plaintiff-oriented law firm in the Merrimack Valley, handling personal injury, disability, and workers’ compensation matters for more than a decade. He later joined a major plaintiff personal injury firm in Boston, where he handled workers’ compensation and third-party claims. He eventually founded Mass Injury Group to serve clients directly.
