Larry Disparti is the founder of Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, a Chicago-based firm dedicated to helping injured individuals and protecting the rights of workers, employees, and people with disabilities.
Since founding the firm in 2004, Larry has built a team of more than 30 attorneys and over 120 employees, successfully recovering significant compensation for clients across personal injury, auto accidents, workers’ compensation, employee rights, and Social Security Disability cases.
Growing up in a hardworking union family shaped Larry’s commitment to standing up for individuals facing life-changing injuries and challenges. His mission has always been to provide high-quality legal representation to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
Larry earned his economics degree from the University of South Florida and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Florida, Arizona, and Washington, D.C.
Beyond the courtroom, Larry is deeply involved in community service, supporting families, children, disability organizations, and local programs through charitable initiatives and partnerships.
