Personal Injury Attorney in Boise, Idaho
Mark Nicolarsen is an attorney with experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and creditors’ rights. Born in Colorado and raised in Idaho, he graduated from Eagle High School before completing his undergraduate studies at Boise State University. He also spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Westminster in London, England. Mark developed an interest in law while working for a local title and title abstracting company. He attended Concordia University School of Law for his first year before transferring to the University of Idaho, where he completed his legal education and earned his Juris Doctor. After graduating and passing the bar exam, he began his legal career at a local firm primarily handling personal injury cases.
Mark later joined a Twin Falls-based firm’s Boise office, where he focused on creditors’ rights. In 2020, he became a workers’ compensation attorney at Litster Frost Injury Lawyers, handling both workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. In October 2023, he joined Batta Fulkerson, where he primarily handles personal injury matters. Outside his legal practice, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, listening to live music, playing guitar, following sports, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
