J. Charles (“Charlie”) Hepworth is an experienced Idaho trial attorney based in Boise who has practiced law in Idaho since 1983. He focuses on representing individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, and aviation accident cases. Born and raised in Twin Falls County, Charlie earned his undergraduate degree in English from Stanford University in 1978 and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1981. His practice emphasizes medical malpractice, medical product liability, and significant injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents and other incidents. He has served as lead counsel in numerous cases resulting in million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $6.15 million medical malpractice verdict in 2006 and a $7.55 million wrongful death verdict against St. Luke’s Hospital in 2001.
