Ben Mason is a criminal defense attorney serving clients across Eastern Idaho. A native of Idaho Falls, he graduated from Idaho Falls High School, earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. He began his legal career in Idaho Falls, handling personal injury and divorce cases for five years before spending more than a decade working for a major Professional Employer Organization that grew into a Fortune 500 company. During his corporate career, he served as Vice President of Litigation, overseeing complex legal matters across multiple states and international jurisdictions, including workers’ compensation defense and civil litigation.
Ben returned to Idaho to focus on criminal defense, where he works to protect clients’ constitutional rights and hold prosecutors accountable for meeting their burden of proof.
