Abigail Morehouse is an Idaho attorney with a strong connection to the Treasure Valley and extensive experience in criminal defense and family law. A third-generation Idaho native, she earned her degree from Boise State University before attending Concordia University School of Law. She developed her legal skills at a criminal defense firm in Boise and through an internship with the Boise City Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Abigail later joined the Ada County Public Defender’s Office, where she handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Her accomplishments included completing the most jury trials in her office and building strong professional relationships with judges.
After transitioning to private practice, Abigail expanded her work to include family law. She assists clients with parenting plans, child support, and property division, using her negotiation and litigation experience to help them navigate complex legal matters. Abigail is committed to protecting her clients’ rights, understanding their individual needs, and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the legal process. Outside her practice, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog, exploring the outdoors, and pursuing creative projects.
