After earning her Juris Doctor in 2007, Courtney began her legal career at The Wade Law Firm, where she handled federal criminal defense cases before expanding her practice to include felony and misdemeanor matters in state courts. Driven by a passion for helping individuals navigate difficult legal situations, she founded Schneider Lerch, LLC in 2016. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a respected practice known for aggressive representation, responsive communication, and personalized client service.
