Amir Seyedfarshi is an employment law attorney and the founder of Employment Rights Lawyers, APC. He has practiced law since 2014 and has focused exclusively on employment law since 2017. His practice is dedicated to representing employees in workplace disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, leave violations, disability accommodations, pregnancy discrimination, and wage-and-hour claims.

His legal education includes LL.M. degrees from UCLA School of Law and Fordham Law School, as well as a JD and LL.M. from Sorbonne Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude.
