Robert Daniels is an experienced California attorney with more than 20 years of legal practice, focusing primarily on family law. His broad trial experience also includes business disputes, real estate matters, professional liability, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, fraud, and other civil litigation. This experience allows Robert to address complex family law matters involving family-owned businesses, real estate, and unique or significant assets.
He attended San Diego State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he gained additional experience working with law firms and an international consulting firm in Paris, France.
Robert has also been actively involved in the legal and local community, including serving as a past president of the North County Bar Association and as a court-appointed settlement judge. Through practical legal guidance, extensive litigation experience, and a strategic approach, Robert assists clients in navigating complex family and civil legal matters.
