Neil J. Sheff

Neil Sheff is an experienced immigration attorney with approximately 37 years of legal experience. He earned his B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA in 1983 and received his law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1989. After practicing civil litigation for 10 years, Neil opened his own immigration law practice in 2001. His practice focuses on helping individuals, families, employers, and organizations navigate complex U.S. immigration matters.

Neil has extensive experience with immigration visas, green cards, citizenship, employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and religious worker matters. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served in leadership and liaison roles involving the Los Angeles immigration offices.

Neil has also lectured and participated in professional panels on immigration law and USCIS procedures. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, he provides knowledgeable legal guidance to clients dealing with important immigration decisions and processes.
