André Ausseresses

André J. Ausseresses is a dedicated family law attorney representing clients throughout Southern California. He has made hundreds of court appearances and regularly handles matters in Orange and Los Angeles counties, with additional experience in Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. His practice focuses on divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal support, property division, paternity and parentage matters, attorney fees, domestic violence, and other family law issues.

André earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he participated in the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Protection Clinic and received a CALI Award for his work on a domestic violence case. He regularly participates in continuing legal education and completed training through the National Family Law Trial Institute.

André is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Through careful analysis, advocacy, and personal guidance, he helps clients navigate complex family law matters.
