K.C. Dupps Tucker is a partner with the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas PLLC, and she represents individuals and corporations in all phases of complex civil litigation—with a focus on environmental and agricultural issues. Although she grew up in Northwest Arkansas, K.C. graduated from Colorado College in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science and Theatre. She then worked for the Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences as Alumni Director and Assistant Director of Development. In 2007, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she also holds an LL.M. in Agricultural Law.
While completing her LL.M., K.C. worked for the National Agricultural Law Center and was chosen to serve as the first-ever Corporate Extern in the Wal-Mart Legal Department. Her practice involves representing entities ranging from single-member LLCs to corporations with more than 5,000 team members. She volunteers with Peace at Home Family
