Ryan McPhie

Ryan McPhie is an experienced Arizona criminal defense attorney and co-founder of Grand Canyon Law Group. Licensed in Arizona since 2011, he has more than 14 years of legal experience and has handled thousands of criminal cases across the state. Before entering criminal defense, Mr. McPhie served as a prosecutor with the Scottsdale City Prosecutor’s Office and as a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

This experience provided him with insight into how prosecutors evaluate and build criminal cases. His practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense, including DUI, drug crimes, domestic violence, assault, sex crimes, gun offenses, theft, white-collar crimes, and serious felony charges.

Mr. McPhie has represented clients before courts at various levels throughout Arizona and emphasizes direct communication, personal service, and thorough case preparation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and his B.S. from Brigham Young University.
