Sarah Kirby

Sarah Kirby is an associate family law attorney at The Yeatts Law Firm in Birmingham, Alabama. She began her legal career during her first year of law school as a pro bono volunteer with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Project, helping individuals who came to the United States as children pursue deferred action status.

During law school, she also completed clerkships with several Birmingham-area law firms, including The Yeatts Law Firm, where she worked on appellate briefs, marital settlement agreements, and divorce, custody, dependency, delinquency, and adoption documents.

Sarah earned her law degree from Cumberland School of Law and completed a summer program in international law at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and assists clients with divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law matters.
