Wayne is a graduate of State of New York Law School and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University. He has extensive litigation experience in Deportation Defense, Criminal Defense, Consultation and Expert Reports in all practice areas involving non-citizens; representation of non-citizen students in University disciplinary proceedings, representation before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration Court (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and Federal Litigation in District and Circuit Courts.
In addition, Wayne is a renowned expert in the field of Crimmigration. His creativity and deep knowledge of the law make him an invaluable resource for his colleagues who represent immigrants involved in criminal matters. Many lawyers from Pennsylvania and around the country ask Wayne for support and advice when they must defend immigrants.
Wayne is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, National Lawyers Guild Immigrant Rights Project, and Philadelphia Bar Association Immigration Committee.
He speaks Spanish and is the proud father of two children including a daughter he adopted from Latin America.
