Thomas Radney is an experienced Alabama attorney with nearly 30 years of legal practice serving clients throughout East Alabama. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the legal profession, Thomas developed a passion for advocacy at an early age while observing and assisting his father, respected attorney Tom Radney, in courtrooms across the region.
A lifelong Alabamian, Thomas graduated with honors from Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City before earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama in 1993. He continued his legal education at the University of Alabama School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1996.
Thomas began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge John Patterson of the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. He later entered private practice in Alexander City, where he has built a reputation for thorough preparation, strategic case development, and strong courtroom advocacy.
His practice encompasses a wide range of legal matters, including criminal defense, personal injury, car accidents, divorce and child custody, probate proceedings, will contests, real estate and property disputes, family disputes, and general civil litigation. Thomas is licensed to practice in both Alabama state and federal courts.
Known for his commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients, Thomas combines extensive legal knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach. He continues to serve individuals and families across Eastern Alabama with dedication, integrity, and personalized representation.
Outside the office, Thomas lives in Alexander City with his wife, Catie, and their three children. They are active members of the community and enjoy spending time together on Lake Martin.
