A graduate of Pensacola Christian College, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Prelaw with honors, Lynn received her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1990. With decades of courtroom and appellate experience, Lynn has successfully represented clients before the Kansas Court of Appeals, the Kansas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
