Paul B. Harding is the Managing Partner of Harding Mazzotti, LLP and a highly respected attorney dedicated to helping individuals throughout New York. A lifelong resident of the Capital Region, Paul has built his career on advocating for clients while contributing to the legal profession and the community. His commitment to justice, ethical leadership, and client-focused representation has earned him recognition among peers and professional organizations alike.

Beyond his legal practice, Paul serves in numerous leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct and Vice President of the Proctors Theater Board of Directors. He is actively involved with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, and The Legal Project. Through his professional achievements and community service, Paul continues to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the courtroom.
