Patrick James Schaeffer, Esq.

Patrick Schaeffer is a Partner at Trinity Law, focusing his practice on family law, estate planning and administration, nonprofit law, and tax law. He represents clients in divorce, child custody, and support matters with a practical, client-focused approach.

Attorney Schaeffer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Albright College and his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he served as a Certified Legal Intern and Research Assistant in the Family Law Clinic.

He is a member of the York County Bar Association, Lancaster County Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania courts, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Schaeffer previously served as Treasurer of Human Life Services, reflecting his commitment to community service.
