Nicholas Allen is a Legal Case Manager at Vrapi Weeks, where he focuses on employment-based immigration matters. He works closely with clients to ensure immigration forms and supporting documents are prepared accurately, thoroughly, and on time, helping make the immigration process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Born in Albuquerque and raised in Denver, Colorado, Nicholas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of New Mexico in 2024, along with a minor in Community and Regional Planning. During his academic career, he gained valuable international experience as a Cultural Youth Ambassador for EducationUSA Argentina, assisting students with understanding American higher education and navigating the college application process. He also participated in the National Science Foundation’s Research Experience for Undergraduates program in Vanuatu, where he conducted research that was later presented at the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Conference.
Nicholas’s passion for immigration work is deeply personal. His family immigrated to the United States after fleeing political unrest and occupation in Germany during the 20th century. Inspired by their journey, he is committed to helping individuals and businesses navigate the immigration system and pursue opportunities in the United States.
Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys reading, discovering new music, arts and crafts, and stargazing. He is fluent in English and dedicated to providing attentive and client-focused support throughout every stage of the immigration process.
