Prior to joining the Law Offices of Wolf and Pravato, Brett successfully litigated cases in numerous Florida courts on behalf of private and public educational institutions, public and private corporations, non-profit organizations, municipal governments, state agencies and political subdivisions, insurance companies and self-insured entities, all with a primary focus on serious bodily injury, wrongful death and catastrophic commercial and domestic property loss. Brett has also defended several matters related to legal malpractice, professional liability, commercial liability, bad faith, construction defect(s), commercial trucking liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, fraud and suspicious claims investigation, defamation, arson and civil theft, as well as a broad range of federal, state and municipal code violations. Brett currently lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife Elise, and twin daughters.

EDUCATION
Brett Yonon was born in Miami, Florida and has lived in the South Florida area for his entire life. He attended Florida State University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in both Marketing and Finance. He then attended the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated in 2008. During law school he worked as a Guardian Ad Litem in the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County, Florida, representing and counseling at-risk foster children through the Juvenile Dependency Court process, and working hand-in-hand with the Department of Juvenile Justice. Brett also participated in Georgetown University’s Street Law program, teaching high school students the fundamental principles of fairness, justice and responsibility which underlie our legal system.
