Matt Feller was born and raised in Layton, Utah and has been litigating injury cases since 2009 where he has been involved in complex injury litigation in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Florida. For over fourteen (14) years, he has litigated cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death in Trucking Cases, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Boarding School Abuse and Molestation Cases, Medical Malpractice, Traumatic Brain Injury Cases, Premises Liability Cases, Facility injury and Death, Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Cases, and Motor Vehicle Crashes.
In 2009, Matt earned his Juris Doctor degree from The University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law where he received his practicum Certificate for the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, along with the Mock Trial Honors Award for Trial Advocacy. Upon graduating law school, Matt received his license to practice law in Utah and began his career in civil litigation where he began his litigation practice involving large contract and business disputes for a corporation located in Salt Lake City, Utah. According to Matt, “litigating large business disputes made me feel like I was often on the wrong side of the fight,” and he decided to pursue his passion to fight for the “little-guy” and co-founded the personal injury firm Feller & Wendt, LLC™.
