Lisa D. Simantob, Esq. is the Founder and Lead Counsel of Simantob Law Group, bringing more than 30 years of experience in business law, real estate, employment defense, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Based in Los Angeles, she serves entrepreneurs, established companies, developers, lenders, and multinational organizations, providing strategic legal solutions that help clients navigate complex business and legal challenges with confidence.

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Ms. Simantob earned high academic honors throughout her education, including membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. She began her legal career at the internationally recognized law firm Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison before founding Simantob Law Group in 2000, creating a boutique practice dedicated to delivering sophisticated legal counsel with personalized client service.

Throughout her career, Ms. Simantob has represented a diverse range of clients, from startups and family-owned businesses to major financial institutions and globally recognized brands.
