Kevin Bennett is an Austin criminal defense attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges. Born and raised in Austin, he earned his degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin before obtaining his law degree from South Texas College of Law, a nationally recognized institution for trial advocacy.
During law school, Kevin worked for the Honorable Judge Jim York of the 246th District Court of Texas, where he developed a strong passion for criminal defense and helping people navigate complex legal challenges. Today, he represents clients in cases involving DWI, assault, theft, drug offenses, and other criminal matters throughout the Austin area.
Kevin is a member of several respected legal organizations, including the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He was also elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor that recognizes attorneys for their professional achievements and commitment to the justice system.
