Jonathan Ginsberg is a dedicated Atlanta attorney with decades of experience helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging legal and financial situations. A graduate of Tulane University and Tulane University College of Law, he began his career handling civil litigation, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters before expanding his focus to consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability law. His commitment to practical solutions and client-focused representation has made him a trusted advocate for individuals and families throughout Georgia.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has combined legal knowledge with entrepreneurial leadership. As a co-founder of Galler & Ginsberg, he helped grow the firm into one of Georgia’s largest consumer bankruptcy practices while building a successful Social Security disability division. In 1997, he established Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., creating a boutique law firm designed to provide personalized attention, direct attorney involvement, and tailored legal strategies rather than a high-volume, assembly-line approach.
Today, Jonathan focuses on helping clients overcome debt challenges, secure Social Security disability benefits, and recover from auto accident injuries. Beyond the courtroom and client consultations, he is passionate about legal education and innovation, managing the firm’s websites, blogs, and video content to make legal information more accessible. His mission remains simple: deliver compassionate guidance, responsive service, and effective solutions that help clients move forward with confidence.
