John M. Foy founded John Foy & Associates in 1999 with a clear mission: to build a law firm that treats people the right way. Originally from Wisconsin and educated in Ohio, John’s path to law was influenced by his sister and brother-in-law—both attorneys and early mentors. After earning his law degree from Ohio Northern University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton, he moved to Atlanta in 1993, where he became admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and made the South his home.
Since then, John has dedicated his career to personal injury law, representing individuals harmed by negligence and fighting to secure fair compensation and justice on their behalf. His long-standing commitment to clients has helped shape the firm’s reputation as a trusted advocate for injury victims across Georgia.
