Ed Enoch is a respected Augusta attorney whose legal practice is shaped by a unique combination of professional excellence, military service, and decades of experience serving businesses and individuals throughout the region.
Before earning his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, Ed served in the United States Navy’s Submarine Service as a Nuclear Power Plant Operator and Nuclear Power School Instructor. His military background instilled the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork that continue to define his approach to legal representation today.
Throughout his legal career, Ed has focused on helping small businesses and business owners navigate complex legal matters. His practice includes employment law, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and real estate law. Since 2003, he has also served as legal counsel to the Augusta-Richmond County Coliseum Authority, providing trusted legal guidance on a wide range of issues.
In addition to his legal practice, Ed is a sought-after speaker on business-related legal topics, regularly presenting on workplace issues, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He is deeply committed to community service and has held leadership positions with numerous organizations, including the Family Y of Augusta, United Way of the CSRA, Leadership Augusta, and the Food Forever Fund.
A dedicated community leader and active volunteer, Ed also serves in leadership roles within his church and supports youth development through his involvement with the Boy Scouts. Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and restoring classic vehicles. Ed and his wife, Sharon, who is also an attorney, have built their lives and careers in Augusta, where they are proud parents and grandparents.
