Mr. Hudson earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia, his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law. His advanced tax education and extensive legal experience allow him to offer clients sophisticated counsel in matters involving business planning, entity formation, contracts, real estate transactions, tax planning, estate administration, trusts, asset protection, and related legal concerns.

Licensed to practice in Georgia and Tennessee and admitted to the United States Tax Court, Harold Hudson is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association's Real Property & Probate and Asset Protection Sections.
