Mr. Freibott was voted by his peers as one of Delaware’s top personal injury lawyers in the State of Delaware in the following years:
1999;

and 2019.
He has obtained the highest Martindale Hubbell rating of AV Preeminent from both his peers and the Delaware judges. The ratings are only awarded to lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in terms of legal acumen; analytical capability; trial skills; and ethical conduct.
Connected to the community: As a native of Delaware, Mr. Freibott graduated from a local high school and has been active in the communities throughout the entire State of Delaware. The son of two teachers with over 65 years of teaching experience, he knows the importance of education and dedication to his community.
Mr. Freibott understands the importance of working hard for his clients to obtain the best possible results. He earned his college degree at Gettysburg College and his law degree from The Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Freibott has been married to his wife since 1990. He and Elaine have two children.
