Alex Davis is the founding member of Omni Law P.C. His practice focuses on providing high level strategic advice and guidance on deal structures, negotiating complex transactions, and offering personalized legal services.
Alex’s clients include start-up and established companies, private equity firms, investors, content creators, entertainers, and executives operating in a wide range of industries. Alex previously held various in-house counsel positions for companies in the media industry, including a top talent/literary agency and film studio. Alex also served as counsel for a Beijing-based international law firm and as a board member of various start-up ventures.
