Tom Grieve is a Wisconsin attorney and the founder of Grieve Law, LLC, established in October 2013. He has built a practice focused on criminal defense and drunk driving cases, later expanding into family law in 2019 and estate planning in 2025. He also works with USCCA Law, supporting individuals who have acted in self-defense. Beyond his legal practice, Tom frequently speaks at continuing legal education programs for lawyers and judges and presents on legal topics to the public.
Tom earned a double major in Medieval European History and Theology from Marquette University and received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School.
