Natalie Gerloff

Ashley Richter is a founding partner with a practice focused on family law and related matters. She handles divorce and family law cases, including litigated and collaborative matters, as well as adoption, surrogacy, professional licensing application and misconduct defense, estate and probate litigation, mediation, and arbitration. She has completed more than 40 hours of family law mediator education and is frequently asked to serve as a guardian ad litem in complex family cases.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology, summa cum laude with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, with a concentration in family law. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in family law since 2018 and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin Law School for adoption law and policy. She also presents to Wisconsin lawyers on family law, evidence, trial practice, ethics, adoption, and guardian ad litem matters.
