Eduardo E. Castro

Eduardo E. Castro is a Wisconsin attorney whose practice includes criminal defense, civil litigation, constitutional and civil rights law, immigration, and appellate matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2020 and is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S.

District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Eduardo represents and advises clients at various stages of civil and criminal proceedings in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.

Before joining private practice, he served as a Student Director at the Binger Center for New Americans, where he represented detained immigrants facing removal proceedings. His prior professional experience also includes work with New York City’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services and service with AmeriCorps at a federally qualified health center in Milwaukee. His broad background supports his work on complex legal and constitutional issues.
