Anne Cohen is a partner at Axley LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury claims, insurance defense and coverage matters, commercial disputes, and appellate work. She represents both individuals and businesses in Wisconsin state and federal courts.

Before joining Axley, Anne practiced civil litigation at a Wisconsin law firm, representing plaintiffs and defendants through all stages of litigation. Her experience includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking depositions, developing litigation strategies, and handling jury trials. She has also handled motions and appeals in Wisconsin state courts, federal district courts, and the Seventh Circuit.

Anne began her legal career as a Wisconsin State Public Defender, representing clients throughout the criminal process and gaining substantial courtroom experience through jury trials and evidentiary hearings. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
