Abigail Henderson

Abigail is a family law attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and helping families navigate significant life changes. Her experience includes working with the Harbor House Domestic Abuse Program, where she assisted individuals seeking restraining orders, and the UW Family Court Clinic, where she handled family law cases for low-income clients under the supervision of an attorney. She worked directly with clients, researched cases, prepared documents, and advocated in court.

Abigail graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a concentration in family law and has been admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin since 2021. She focuses on helping clients develop safe, secure, and sustainable paths forward. She also has a particular interest in helping military families navigate family law matters.
