William C. “Bill” Forbes is retired from the practice of law. He was a trial lawyer focused on civil and criminal defense, with three decades of courtroom experience and an extensive background as a prosecutor. Before establishing Forbes Law Offices in 2001, he served as Kanawha County’s Prosecuting Attorney for 12 years, where he personally prosecuted high-profile and complex cases involving violent crime, murder, and political corruption.
