Chris Ansell

Chris is a public finance attorney whose practice focuses on complex public finance transactions and economic development projects. He assists governmental entities and 501(c)(3) organizations, including healthcare organizations, and has experience serving as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, developer’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel. His experience also includes tax increment financing, Property Assessed Clean Energy programs, commercial lending, corporate guidance, and corporate acquisitions.

Before joining the firm, Chris interned with energy industry corporations, providing advice on potential investments and real estate acquisitions. He has closed numerous large commercial lending transactions and uses effective legal project management to provide efficient and accurate legal services.
