Allyson Hilliard is a West Virginia family law attorney who has devoted nearly all of her practice since 2005 to domestic relations matters. Her practice includes divorce, equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, parenting, relocation, modifications, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is also frequently retained as a private mediator in complex domestic relations matters and has served on the Kanawha County Family Court Bench and Bar Committee.
Allyson earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Northern Kentucky University in 2000 and her law degree from Appalachian School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2016 and has been recognized by Super Lawyers for her family law practice.
