Eliza is a Vermont attorney with a diverse litigation practice covering employment discrimination, landlord/tenant matters, contract disputes, Title IX proceedings and investigations, and post-secondary educational matters. Her family law practice includes divorce, parent/child contact, parental rights and responsibilities, child support, and other family court matters. She handles collaborative and mediated settlements as well as litigation when agreements cannot be reached.
Eliza also has experience in probate court matters, including guardianship proceedings and adoptions, such as second-parent adoptions for same-sex couples and stepparent adoptions.
